Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within six months of your purchase date via email laurie@cattywampusoasis.com. We will issue a refund or store credit based on the situation. 

We cannot guarantee a refund after six months due to the natural shelf-life of our products. We suggest using lotions within six months, and bar soaps within one year for the best performance. 

 

Shipping

Shipping free on orders $50 or more in the contiguous United States. Discount offered at checkout.

For orders $49 or less, shipping is based on adjustable flat rate scale. Final price is based on weight, size, and destination. For economy, we ship UPS Ground. 

 

Processing Times

Orders will be processed within 3 days of submitting your order unless specified. We are a very small business and try our best to ship in a timely manner. Once shipped, it takes 3-7 days to arrive based on a number of factors.
