Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us within six months of your purchase date via email laurie@cattywampusoasis.com. We will issue a refund or store credit based on the situation. 

We cannot guarantee a refund after six months due to the natural shelf-life of our products. We suggest using lotions within six months, and bar soaps within one year for the best performance. 

 

Shipping

Local pickup and market sales at this time. We are currently in our "soft launch" phase of opening our online store, and evaluating shipping costs and offers.
